Enamor Dentistry Discount Plan
Many people buy their own dental insurance not realizing there’s a year waiting period before the insurance company will pay any benefits. Patients typically ask if there’s a better way than paying a middle man, now there is!
We are proud to offer the Enamor Dentistry Discount Plan. Members pay a monthly fee to receive regular cleanings, exams, and xrays, along with reduced rates for all other procedures.
Members of the plan will be able to take advantage of the lowered rates while eliminating the hassles of dealing with insurance companies. This means there are no yearly maximums, deductibles, waiting periods, or denials.
Monthly Membership Fees:
$24 – Adult
$36 – Periodontal
$20 – Children
The discount plan includes:
All xrays and exams
Two cleanings per year for adults
Two cleanings and fluoride applications per year for children
Three perio maintenances per year for periodontal patients
25% discount on dental treatments
$3500 Invisalign treatment
$400 retainers
$300 Zoom teeth bleaching
Terms and Conditions
This plan is for established patients and does not include the initial exam, xrays, or cleaning. The plan will be activated for subsequent dental work or cleanings, at which time the first membership fee is due. Ensuing fees will be charged out on the fifth day of each month. Patients must have a credit card on file for automatic payments. Membership fees are non-refundable.
A six month membership is required. If the patient wishes to cancel before the six months are completed, the remaining balance of six membership fees are due at that time. If the patient falls behind on their monthly payment, the plan is suspended until balances due are made current. Patients who wish to avoid monthly payments can prepay one year’s fees.
Missed appointments without a 24 hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee: Hygienist $25; Doctor $50. The credit card on file will be charged at the time of the missed appointment. The year period for cleanings and perio maintenances is a rolling 12 month period, not per calendar year. All children must be 13 or younger to participate. Plan cannot be combined with insurance or other discounts and is only valid at Enamor Dentistry.
